Pole dancing is a combination of contemporary dance, gymnastics and ballet on and off the pole, including floor work. Once the moves and spins are learnt fluently they can be choreographed into a routine to suit the music and style of your choice.
Pole dancing helps to build strength, flexibility and endurance. With weekly classes dance students will develop the skills to climb, spin and invert. Upper body and core strength will develop over time. Pole exercise is now recognised worldwide as a great form of exercise and can be used as both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. Along side the pole classes we host stretch classes to improve all round flexibility.

  • £30 for 1 person / £15 each for 2 people / £10 each for 3 or more people

  • Saturday:12-2pm:Group Pole
